Turbo upgrade for ATARI 1050 DRIVES
- solderless
- upgrade consists of 2 steps: remove 3 chips; insert 1050 into the disk drive
Capabilities:
- ultra speed (pokey divisor 6)
- 180 KB per side ( DD – instead of SD )
- Flashable firmware and soft slots

- remove 6507 CPU and 2 chips next to it
- Insert 6507CPU to 1050E upgrade
- insert 1050E back to 6507 socket
